Executive Chef Brian Scheehser enjoys all aspects of his job – farming, cheese making, brewing, wine making & is a seasoned artisan foodie. Chef Brian hand-tends an 18-acre plot in Woodinville & is sharing some of his own tomatoes, herbs & apple sauce on this menu.
